Do you have a loved-one you would like to remember?
We’re holding a Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving at St Faith’s at 6pm on Sunday 14 November 2021.
The service is an opportunity to remember and give thanks for the lives of those we love. At the service we will light candles to remember them, and there will also be a visual tribute. For this we invite you to send us your loved-ones’ name and a photo, and we will combine this into a tribute to all those we are remembering that evening.
Please send names and photos using the secure form below.
We encourage you to join us in person for the service, but if you can’t make it the service will also be live streamed to the St Faith’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, so you’ll still be able to join in wherever you are.
- If you have covid symptoms, please join online rather than coming in person.
- For those coming to St Faith’s, hand sanitiser will be available on arrival, and if you wish to wear a face covering you are welcome to do so.
- For extra safety, why not take a lateral flow test beforehand? You can order these from the NHS here.
If you have any questions, please do get in touch with us here.
We look forward to seeing you at the Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving, as we remember together.
